From 1998 - 2013, Doane presented the Zenon C. R. Hansen Bulldog Award to a student, faculty, or staff member who demonstrated a commitment to leadership and service to the Doane Community. Beginning in 2021, the Hansen Leadership Program presents the Zenon C. R. Hansen Bulldog Award to two graduating seniors in the Directions cohort who have demonstrated superior achievement in leadership.
Student Awards: Awarded by a student committee that is overseen by the Director of the Hansen Leadership Program.
