Library Room Reservations

The Library provides access to a variety of spaces that may be reserved for individual, group, and class use. You may reserve these spaces by email (, phone (6-8287), or in-person. Reservations may be made in advance and these spaces are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Recording Studio

Need to edit a video, record a podcast or audio, or use the Adobe Creative Suite? This room provides access to video editing software, audio and music recording equipment, and the Adobe Creative Suite. For more information visit our research guide

Library Classroom and Laptop Cart

The Library has a flexible classroom and laptop cart with 25 dual-boot Mac. Priority is given to classes needing to use this space for library instruction, research days, and other guided instruction and research purposes. The Study Help Desk students have priority use of the space in the evenings for tutoring. Reservations may be made for other events when available and during library hours.

CM 51

Primarily a meeting room this space contains a large monitor, camera for web conferencing, whiteboard, a speaker phone, and seating for 12. From 8am - 5pm this space can be reserved for meetings. After 5pm the space may be reserved in advance or first-come, first serve for study space. This room is locked to protect equipment and those with a reservation will be given access by checking at the information desk.
