Education 321/341

During the CADRE, experience focus is centered on developing an understanding of how the student as a future practitioner might feel capable responding in various settings and situations. As a classroom equalizer, the student will feel empowered to use the knowledge, techniques, and leadership skills to set all their classroom students up for success.

Education 321 and 341 are based upon the instruction given by the K-12 CADRE teacher to whom students are assigned. These assisting experiences are meant to allow the student an opportunity to build upon his/her classroom leaning and apply that learning in an immediate and relevant setting.
